Tips for
trouble-free compliance of e-Services.
1. Go through user guides, instructions, FAQs
etc. displayed already on www.gst.gov.in (GST) and www.mahavat.gov.in (New Automation) before escalating query directly to your Nodal officer or this help desk.
2. (In case of MVAT) If you are a registered dealer, forward
your query to your Nodal Officer email id first for further necessary action and give a copy to us for information on

3. (In case of MVAT) Details of Nodal Officers are

from 25-05-2016 in SAP era, concerned registration authority is Nodal Officer.

A) Dealers registered from 25th May 2016 onwards may contact on 022-23760646 or mail from their registered mail id to resetpassword@mahavat.gov.in for resetting password"." Please provide PAN, e-mail id & mobile number given at the time of Registration to reset your Password ".
B) Dealers registered prior to 25th May 2016 have to physically apply to concerned nodal officer on letter head with copy of PAN. Your Nodal Officer will approach concerned Mahavikas authority by his official mahavat email (mahavatresetp@mahavat.gov.in) and your Nodal Officer will issue new reset password.
